Our experienced teachers will always offer variations and progressions within their classes and you always have the choice to take a rest if anything ever becomes a little difficult.
Classes named "Mellow slow flow”, “Beginners Ashtanga”, “Yoga Basics” and ”Yin yoga" are some of the best classes to begin on your yoga journey with us.
Please let your teacher know that you are new to the class and ensure you practice at your own pace. Yoga is a journey not a destination here at Ashtanga Cheshire studios .

Two to three classes per week is a great starting point when you are a beginner student. Here at Ashtanga Cheshire studios we do suggest that you mix things up with your practice and attend some of the various styles that we offer at the studio. We also suggest you take a day off between your practice to allow your body to rest and heal however, practicing yin yoga or restorative is a great way to practice on your "Off" day. A studio membership would be the best financial options for any student taking more than two times per week.
