T&Cs (General)
-
Drop-in classes, class packs and unlimited passes purchased at the studio or online are non-refundable.
The 30 days unlimited Intro Offer is non-refundable and non-extendable. It is 30 consecutive days and once started it cannot be interrupted. This is also the same for the 2-4-1 which expired within 7 days of the first visit to the studio under this pass. -
All class packs, monthly passes and the Intro Offers activate on the date of first booking. Once the first class is booked you cannot book another class on a previous date. You can only book classes on dates that fall after your activation date.
-
We strongly recommend that you book your class in advance as we have a limited number of spaces. If the class is fully booked you can join the waitlist. Please note, you will need to have a valid payment option to join.
If you are on the waitlist and a space opens up (due to a cancellation) and you are next in line, you will receive an auto-email notifying you that you have been added to the class register. This service is fully automated and can reach you at any time.
If you receive the notification email at short notice (less than 1 hour) and cannot attend the class please email us at ashtangacheshire@yahoo.com to let us know.
-
5 class packs are valid for 30 Days. 10 class packs are valid for 60 days. Class packs cannot be extended beyond the stated period. Intro Offer and monthly memberships cannot be extended.
-
If you booked a class but can no longer attend, you must cancel the class. The easiest way to cancel is via the MindBody app. You can also cancel via email (hello@ashtangacheshirestudios.co.uk) but please be aware of our policy below.
Class cancellation policy is 1 hour. If you do not cancel prior to this time, one credit from your class pack, or your drop-in credit will be taken. There is no additional charge.
‘Early cancel’ (up to 1 hour before class) will put the class credit back on your account and you will be able to use it again in the future. If you ‘late cancel’ (i.e. after the 1 hour cancellation period) no credit will be returned to your account.
Credit on account or refund will be provided if the class is cancelled by the studio.
-
There is a minimum term of 3 months commitment to our Unlimited studio & off-peak membership contracts (excluding PAYG excluding annual Membership). You can ‘pause’ your Direct Debit or annual membership for one month at a time should you need to, but you must notify the studio before the date your next payment is due. The membership can only be ‘paused’ for complete months at a time, not for days or weeks. You can terminate anytime after the first 3 months.
-
All workshops and courses purchased at the studio or online are non-refundable.
Credit on account at Ashtanga Cheshire Studios can be given if workshop/course is sold out and there is a wait list.
Credit on account or refund will be provided if the workshop is cancelled by the studio.
If you would like to give your space to another client you must email us with their name to update the records and to ensure they have signed the waiver.
-
All items purchased at the studio are non-refundable.
Credit on account at Ashtanga Cheshire Studios or exchange will be provided if an item is found faulty or in unusable condition. -
I agree that I am participating in yoga classes, health programs, workshops and/or other wellness, body work, therapy, exercise and healing arts activities (collectively, the “Activities”) offered by Ashtanga Cheshire Studios Ltd. The Activities may be offered in the physical location of the School or offered online by videos, television, podcasts, apps or other digital media or platforms. All of such offerings, either physical or online, shall be considered “Activities.”
I recognize that I must be in adequate physical and mental health to participate in the Activities. I understand that the Activities may require intense physical exertion, and I represent and warrant that I am physically fit enough to participate, and I have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in the Activities.
I recognize that the Activities may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before my participation in the Activities. If I have done so, I have taken the physician’s advice. I understand that the School reserves the right to refuse my participation in any Activity on medical, fitness or any other grounds.
I am aware that my participation in the Activities could result in high blood pressure, fainting, heartbeat disorders, physical injury, heart attack or stroke and may aggravate pre-existing injuries. I understand that I could experience muscle, back, neck and other injuries as a result of my participation in the Activities. I understand my physical limitations and I am sufficiently self-aware to stop or modify my participation in any Activity before I become injured or aggravate a pre-existing injury.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activities, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the Activities at the School, including those which may result from the negligence of the School.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activities, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any “Claim” (as defined below) I may have against the School, its owners, managers, teachers, instructors, workshop presenters, employees, independent contractors and staff (each, a “Released Party”) that I may sustain as a result of participating in the Activities at the School even if the Claim arises from the negligence of any Released Party or anyone else.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless each Released Party from any loss, cost, or liability incurred in defending any Claim made by me or anyone making a Claim on my behalf, even if the Claim is alleged to or did result from the negligence of any Released Party or anyone else.
“Claim” includes but is not limited to any and all liabilities, claims, demands, expenses, fees, legal actions, rights of actions for damages, personal injury, mental suffering and distress, or death that I may suffer, my spouse, children or unborn child may suffer (including any legal fees or expenses) in connection with participation in any Activity.
I, my heirs or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue any Released Party for any Claim caused by any negligence or other acts of a Released Party.
I hereby understand that the School from time to time may photograph, video, or otherwise record classes or events occurring at the School and place such photographs and videos on its Website or social media platform. I hereby consent to the use of my image that may appear in any such photograph or video.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily and knowingly agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. I am aware that by signing this agreement, I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue and certain legal rights my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns may have against any Released Party.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and understand its contents. I understand that it is my responsibility to find a pace that suits me. I agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
